Yerevan – Noravank –– Tatev – Carahunge – Goris Breakfast at the hotel. Check out. Visit Noravank Monastery (13th century) the masterpiece of medieval Armenian architecture, which is in a gigantic basin of miraculous cliffs. Meditation near Noravank monastery. Excursion leads to the majestic Monastery of Tatev (9th century historical monument), a former center for the sciences and arts. Discover the beauty of the nature from “the sky” by Ropeway. Spanning 5.7 kilometers across the spectacular Vorotan River Gorge, the Tatev’s Ropeway is the longest passenger aerial tramway in the world. Carahunge (Armenian Stonehenge) is 3,500 years older than England’s Stonehenge and 3,000 years older than the Egyptian pyramids. Main temple consisting of 40 stones built in honor of God of Sun is situated in the central part of Carahunge. An intensive yoga workshop with meditation near Carahunge. Drive to Goris. Goris – Garni – Geghard – Sevan Breakfast at the hotel. Check out. On the road from Goris to Garni stop near Charents Arch for meditation with a beautiful view of Biblical Ararat Mountain. Tour to the Pagan Temple of Garni (1st century A.D.) the only standing Greco-Roman colonnaded building in Armenia. Soon after Armenia adopted Christianity, the temple became the summer residence of Armenian royalty. Visit Garni village, where we will take master classes in pottery, woodworking, carpet weaving and baking lavash. Next stop is Geghard –cave Monastery, the name geghard, derives from the relics of the Armenian Apostolic church: the spear that one of the Roman guards had used to pierce the rib of crucified Christ. The monastery is included in UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites. Drive to Sevan. An intensive yoga workshop with meditation on the shore of Lake Sevan. Overnight in Sevan.
Sevan – Dilijan – Haghartin – Yerevan Breakfast at the hotel. Check out. Excursion to “The Emerald of Armenia"- Lake Sevan , which is one of the highest freshwater lakes in the world, lying at 1950m above the sea level. Lake Sevan is home to Sevanavank monastery, located on the peninsula. Meditation with mountain lake view. Drive to Dilijan which is famous for its lovely surroundings, called the "Armenian Switzerland" by the locals, due to the densely forested valleys and mountains with alpine meadows surrounding them. Then visit to Haghartsin Monastery, one of the brightest and unique masterpieces of Armenian Architecture. An intensive yoga workshop with mountains view. Drive to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.
